Q. My district’s purchasing department requires a quote before ordering. How can I get one?
A: Submit the Request a Quote and Tween will get a quote out to you within 24 hours. You can also call us at 949-723-5131 or email us at info@middleschoolguide.com with the following information:
• Name of school/contact
• Shipping address (including zip)
• Title and Number of Student Workbooks and Instructor’s Guides to be
ordered.
• Email address or fax where quote can be sent.
Q. How can I place an order with Tween?
A: You may order your book on this web site using our shopping cart and a major credit card. You may also download our order form and send by fax (949) 209-1871, mail your order to Tween at P.O. Box 8677, Newport Beach, CA 92658, or call us at 949-723-5131. We accept checks.
Q. How soon after I place my order will my books be shipped?
A: Tween makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. Larger orders, shipping via freight (see below) go out within 2-5 days of receipt. If your school is ordering for summer or fall, you may want to place your order 2-3 weeks ahead of your preferred delivery window as this is a busy time of year at Tween!
Q. How will my books be shipped?
A: Tween does its best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, which means that orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail is a cost effective way to ship books, but it can take about 7-10 days for delivery. Your order may ship in multiple boxes, which may not all arrive on the same day. Be patient, Media Mail is pretty reliable — it’ll get there. If your entire order has not arrived within 10 days, call us.
Q. What if I need my books sooner?
A: If you need your books sooner, we are happy to accommodate requests to ship via Priority Mail or Fed Ex. Just call us at 949-723-5131 for the additional cost.
Q. What if my school’s order is large — 200 books or more?
A: For up to about 200 books, USPS Media Mail is still the most cost effective way of shipping. For 200+ book orders, freight may be the way to go, so call or email us before placing your order and we’ll check out the best options.
Q. Does Tween offer any discounts?
A: Yes. In order to help offset the costs of sales tax, Tween offers a discount of 5% to California Schools ordering 150+ books.
