SHIPPING FAQ’s

My district’s purchasing department requires a vendor quote before ordering. How can I get one?

Call Tween at 949-723-5131 or email us at info@middleschoolguide.com with the following information:

•  Name of school/contact
•  Shipping address (including zip)
•  Number of Student Workbooks and Instructor’s Guides to be ordered.
•  Special shipping requests -- like Priority Mail or freight (see below.)
•  Email address or fax number where quote can be sent.

How may I place an order with Tween?

You may order your book(s) through this website. You may also order via fax (949) 209-1871, or mail your order to Tween at P.O. Box 8677, Newport Beach, CA 92658. We accept purchase orders and all major credit cards. You may also call in your order to Tween at 949-723-5131. Checks are ok too.

How soon after I place my order will my books be shipped?

Tween makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. Larger orders (150+) often ship via freight within 2-3 days of receipt. If your school is ordering for Summer or Fall sessions, you may want to place your order 2-3 weeks ahead of your preferred delivery window as this is a busy time of year at Tween!

How will my books be shipped?

Tween does its best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, which means that orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail is a cost effective way to ship books, but it can take about 7-10 days for delivery. If your order exceeds 22 books, it will ship in multiple boxes which may not all arrive on the same day. Be patient, the U.S. Post Office is pretty reliable -- the books will get there. If your entire order has not arrived within 10 days, call us.

What if I need my books sooner?

If you need your books sooner, we are happy to accommodate requests to ship via Priority Mail or Fed Ex. Just call us at 949-723-5131 for the additional cost.

What if my school’s order is large -- 150 books or more?

For 150+ book orders, freight may be the most cost effective way to ship, so call or email us before placing your order and we’ll check out the best options.

Does Tween offer any discounts?

Yes. In order to defray the costs of sales tax, Tween offers a discount of 5% to California Schools ordering 20+ books.

Before I can order my district must know whether Tween is a sole source provider.

Yes, Tween is a sole source provider of The Middle School Student's Guide to Ruling the World! (workbook and Instructor's Guide.) Call or email if you need a sole source provider confirmation letter. 

Does Tween ship internationally? 

Yes. Tween ships internationally via USPS International.
