Tween is located in sunny Newport Beach, California, and was founded by Susan Mulcaire, a teacher, attorney and mother of three. She was educated at the University of California at Berkeley, Santa Clara University School of Law and Concordia University, where she earned a teaching credential. Ms. Mulcaire practiced law for over twenty years, and was inspired by her children’s experiences to create these innovative and much-needed resources!
